Very spacious and well-maintained rooms, cleaned daily. Quick walk to main square and restaurants. Close to police station, felt safe as solo female traveler. Honesty of staff - left safe open, nothing missing.

A beautiful and familiar hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff that reads your wishes from your eyes. In my opinion, the hotel impresses by its quiet but nevertheless very central location (only a few meters to the historical district), the rooms are modernly furnished but still not 08/15. The cleanliness was impeccable.

Very nice hotel with very good facilities within walking distance of the Plaza de Armas (15 min). The hotel is spread over several patios and is very cosy. The beds are excellent and the rooms are spacious. Hairdryer is installed in the bathroom. For motorbike travellers: There is a secured parking lot in about 250 m distance (with costs, 10 Soles /day).

Breakfast area is a bit cramped and when all tables are occupied, loud. The buffet is sufficient but could be a little more varied for the price.

Amazing boutique hotel

I had an incredible experience at Tierra Viva. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home, even helping me find the perfect artisan for my work. The hotel itself was very clean and quiet, and the location was very central. The breakfast was delicious and the woman at reception was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning in the future.

We spent a total of four nights in Tierra Viva Saphi, interrupted by a four-day hiking tour. From the great breakfast, the very, very nice and always helpful staff to the tastefully furnished, clean rooms, we really enjoyed everything. It was no problem to store a part of our luggage in the hotel during our hike. We'd come back anytime! Highly recommended!

Cozy hotel of the Terra Viva chain in a historic building with a pretty courtyard, where you can relax far from the hustle and bustle of the city outside. The rooms are tastefully furnished, the beds are very comfortable, the cleanliness is impeccable. Although the hotel is not located in the middle of the tourist centre, the Plaza de Armas is easily accessible on foot. Friendly staff.

Clean, delightful hotel with very good staff on that shift. Fairly quiet rooms with English channels and nice decoration and very clean bathroom, excellent location. 0.5 miles from the airport. Perfect check-in, late check-out. Unique interior, great restaurant.

The breakfast was fantastic with different options each day, lots of fresh fruits and juices, and all-day coffee, tea, and coca available at reception. The staff was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and well-informed, making our stay welcoming and enjoyable. The location was very convenient, close to main attractions and a practical choice for exploring this city.

Small hotel in an ancient colonial house, at a walking distance (10-15 minutes) from Plaza de Armas. Rooms are very comfortable and well decorated. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. One of my very best hotels during the whole trip !

This is a great Hotel: the room was very clean and confortable (king size bed). The bathroom was clean too. The breakfast is great and offers 3 types of juices, eggs, fruits, croissants, bread (3 types), yogurt, milk, tea and cereals. I also liked the staff's attention. It is located near of Plaza de Armas (about 10 minutes walking). And they have free coca tea at reception.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. In addition, the rooms were very nice and the location is a close walk to the main square. My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
